the location was very convenient , close to many cafes and restaurants. i found the staff polite and helpful , always ready to assist. breakfast included a good variety of options , which i appreciated.

the taxi fare arranged by the hotel was more expensive than usual . i noticed some black mold in the bathroom , indicating it wasn't cleaned well. there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway and cafe area , it was quite strong.

the bathroom lacked proper ventilation it often became a steam room after showers. this made it quite uncomfortable. also the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed requiring me to get up to adjust the settings during the night. this proved rather inconvenient.
